Your Role

As a privileged interlocutor for our 400 collaborators and commercial directors, you will be the guarantor of HR processes and the application of strategic decisions from the direction. You will be directly attached to Christophe Nougat, our HRBP Manager, and you will join a team of 5 people.

Your Missions
  1. Follow the activity of your perimeter:
  • Ensure a global visibility of HR subjects and anticipate operational needs.
  • Develop and validate HR action plans (mobility, conflict, disciplinary/licensing, organizational, accompaniment to change,...) with a strong orientation solution and client-centric.
  • Support managers in the management of relations with their teams and in the development of those.
  • Manage reporting and analysis of KPIs for informed decision-making.
HR Development and Transformation:
  • Contribute to the deployment of the HR strategy and continuous improvement of HR processes.
  • Collaborate closely with different HR departments on transversal subjects.
  • Participate in the implementation of the transformation (Project, workshop, webinars,...)
Management of the contract life cycle:
  • Analyze and advise on contract modifications, manage contract breaks, and follow different employee paths.
  • Accompany employees in the context of their daily HR questions.
Your Profile

We are looking for a passionate professional in HR, capable of navigating with assurance in a dynamic and sometimes complex environment, while remaining focused on the development and well-being of our teams.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong analytical and problem-solving capacity.
  • Has a strong experience in HR, ideally in a similar position.
  • Has a strong knowledge of HR processes and tools.
  • Is able to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
