Customer Experience Specialist
The Customer Experience Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping the contacting experience for seekers. This role will focus on creating and enhancing experiences that drive user conversion, ensuring that seekers are able to unlock their perfect place.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage commercial acumen and product skills to seamlessly connect seekers to their perfect place and further our growth;
- Lead high-impact conversion optimization initiatives, partner closely with many teams across Aviv and drive measurable business impact;
- Bring new contacting/lead generation experiences and initiatives to market. Scope these to their smallest coherent state to test/ship as early as you can;
- Constantly evaluate if solutions have solved the problem through quantitative and qualitative measures, both in testing and after full release;
