We are in search of an EU Financial Strategy Manager to become a vital part of our EU Zone Finance team. This role is based in our Head Office in Paris (75). Reporting directly to the Channel Finance Director, your primary responsibilities will encompass:
Oversight of International Agreements - Collaborating closely with Global Account Managers and Directors to assist European Global Sales teams in the preparation and execution of International Negotiations. You will also manage payment terms in relation to counterpart execution, ensuring compliance with Danone's internal control and risk management standards, particularly concerning the Bialim legal entity. Additionally, you will secure precise cash forecasting and monitor landing, optimizing working capital management. Performance Management and Reporting - Partnering with Country Business Units (CBUs) and Zone FP&A Managers to provide Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) support, including guidance, continuous improvement reporting, and scheduling developments during Customer & Channel and International Agreement phases. You will enhance the accuracy of sales reporting and profitability analysis across customers and distribution channels, preparing Monthly Performance reviews and supporting strategic business decisions through ad-hoc analyses aimed at improving Gross-to-Net (GTN) performance. Key Initiatives and Transformation - Serving as a key contributor to significant commercial projects from a financial perspective (e.g., Euro-Pricing, ERAP). You will support transformation initiatives that impact commercial expertise and propose innovative strategies to enhance value creation, such as counterpart valuation and optimizing the Bialim business model.Our Commitment to Employees:

A higher education degree (Bac+5 or equivalent), preferably in Finance or Business Administration. A minimum of five years of professional experience in similar roles.
