Job Title: Cybersecurity Director

Publicis Groupe is seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Director to join our Cloud & DevOps team in the Engineering department of our Paris office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing security measures and controls, promoting cybersecurity practices, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with security teams from our clients to identify and implement security measures and controls
  • Bring your cybersecurity expertise to support teams in France and Europe
  • Help promote cybersecurity practices and implement associated tools across our portfolio of client projects
  • Carry out and document risk assessments for various components
  • Manage security alerts, detect, assess, and respond to them
  • Ensure clients comply with cybersecurity laws and regulations, such as RGPD and HIPAA
  • Coordinate security audits and compliance assessments for our clients
  • Define our strategy for specialist cybersecurity partnerships
  • Work with functional teams to ensure optimal patching
Requirements:
  • Engineering background in security, network, development, or a related field
  • At least one previous experience in designing and implementing security measures
  • Experience in security of public cloud infrastructures (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity governance and compliance issues
  • Familiarity with IT security tools, such as firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems
  • Knowledge of network security, operational security, and functional security
  • Experience integrating technical solutions (IAM, etc.)
  • Familiarity with risk assessment, analysis, and management methodologies
  • Proactive approach, analytical mind, and willingness to take ownership of issues independently
  • Certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM, or similar
  • Regularly work in international environments
