L'équipe RH de L-Acoustics SAS recrute un(e) apprenti(e) HR Business Partner pour accompagner notre développement.

Votre rôle et vos missions

Rejoignez notre équipe dynamique en tant qu'apprenti(e) HR Business Partner et transformez votre passion pour les RH en une expérience professionnelle enrichissante.

Vous êtes prêt(e) à plonger dans le monde captivant des ressources humaines au sein d'une entreprise en pleine croissance et vous souhaitez contribuer au développement du leader du marché des technologies professionnelles de renforcement du son, ce poste est fait pour vous.

Rattaché(e) aux HRBP des sites d'Ile de France, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe RH pour notre siège social et nos sites de production et logistiques situés au sud de Paris.

Recrutement et Onboarding :

  • Devenez le maestro du recrutement en participant activement aux entretiens et en apportant votre touche unique à l'évaluation des candidats
  • Accueillez nos nouveaux talents dans nos sites logistiques & industriels pour un onboarding mémorable

Learning & Développement :

  • Contribuez à la mise en place d'un plan de développement des compétences qui propulsera nos équipes vers de nouveaux sommets
  • Soyez l'architecte du changement en participant aux processus RH de promotion et de mobilités internes

Administration du Personnel :

  • Mettez à jour nos bases de données RH via notre SIRH Workday
  • Maitrisez la gestion du temps et des activités en gérant avec efficacité les absences pour maladie, les congés payés, et d'autres aspects liés à la gestion du personnel
  • Participez à l'organisation des visites médicales et réaliser les DPAE

RH 4.0 :

  • Jouez un rôle clé dans l'établissement de Dashboards RH pour donner de la puissance au rôle HRBP
  • Faites preuve d'audace en proposant des idées pour automatiser et digitaliser nos processus RH

Relations Individuelles :

  • Soyez le gardien des relations, participant au suivi des dossiers disciplinaires avec notre HRBP.
  • Cultivez une relation de proximité avec nos collaborateurs

Support HRBP :

  • Devenez le bras droit des HRBP en contribuant à des études et en participant à des projets transverses RH qui font la différence.

Votre profil

  • Diplômé(e) Bac+4/+5 : Vous préparez votre diplôme en ressources humaines et vous êtes prêt(e) à mettre en pratique vos connaissances. Si vous avez déjà une première expérience en stage ou en alternance dans ce domaine, c'est un atout majeur
  • Organisé(e) et Orienté(e) Priorités : La gestion du temps et des priorités n'a pas de secret pour vous. Vous savez jongler avec les différentes tâches et vous aimez maintenir un environnement de travail organisé
  • Esprit d'Équipe et Autonomie : Vous êtes à l'aise aussi bien en solo qu'en équipe. Travailler de manière autonome tout en contribuant au succès collectif, c'est votre leitmotiv
  • Confidentialité : Les informations sensibles ne vous font pas peur. Vous comprenez l'importance de traiter les données avec la plus grande confidentialité
  • Maitrise des Outils Informatiques : Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques, y compris le pack Office, et idéalement, vous avez déjà travaillé avec un SIRH comme Workday
  • Proactivité et Dynamisme : Votre énergie et votre volonté de prendre des initiatives sont des atouts précieux pour notre équipe
  • Niveau d'Anglais intermédiaire
  • Adaptabilité et Mobilité: Notre organisation, répartie entre le siège social et plusieurs sites industriels et logistique en Île-de-France, nécessite une mobilité régulière. Vous serez amené(e) à vous déplacer sur chacun des 4 sites (rayon de 10 km), et bien sûr, nous prenons en charge les frais kilométriques.
