Job Description

As a Sales Director at Insider, you will be responsible for driving global business growth and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Thoroughly understanding clients' industries and current states to match client needs with tailored solutions.

* Identifying emerging opportunities and market shifts while staying aware of new products and competition.

* Nurturing current and prospective clients with helpful industry knowledge and news to ensure mutual success.

* Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to identify, approach, and close key customers.

* Effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

* Providing on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads.

* Offering feedback to the team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.

* Managing the company's pipeline to forecast and realize revenue to meet targets.

Requirements

* A university degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

* Minimum 8 years of proven experience in enterprise sales in a SAAS, Digital Marketing, or E-commerce company.

* Minimum 5 years of management experience, leading a team of sales and business development professionals.

* Strong communication skills in both writing and speaking (both English).

* Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, especially at the executive level.

* An extensive portfolio of Digital, SEO, and SEM agencies.

* Proven oral and written communication abilities, positive phone skills, and exquisite listening skills.

* Self-motivation and a savvy approach to finding innovative solutions to improve relationships with clients.

* A passion for testing, measuring, and improving outreach and follow-up effectiveness.

* Ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment and high emotional intelligence.
