Finary is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our users. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers have a positive experience with our platform, resolving any issues or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer support via email, chat, and phone
  • Enhance our help center and internal knowledge base to improve customer self-service
  • Collaborate with our product team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Develop and maintain processes to support our growth while maintaining high-quality service

Requirements:

  • Native French speaker with impeccable grammar and fluent English
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support or customer care in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a humble and open-minded attitude
  • Ability to take initiative and find creative solutions to challenges
  • Empathetic and serene state of mind with excellent communication skills
  • Good financial knowledge and experience as an investor
  • Based in Paris or elsewhere in France (remote)
