About the Role
As a Multi Technician at Accor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. This is a diverse position that requires performing various duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facilities and equipment. Your primary focus will be to ensure a safe and functional environment for our guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Inspecting and performing preventative maintenance on property facilities and equipment
- Inspecting all areas of the property for safety issues and taking immediate corrective action
- Ensuring thorough knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, loads, and limits, adhering to set standards
- Testing electrical equipment, such as motors, heaters, and controls, for safety and efficiency using standard test equipment and observing functions
- Assisting guests with property facilities in an informative and helpful way
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of prior experience in a similar field
- Diploma or relevant degree
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to enhance organizational performance, delegate tasks, and ensure clear responsibilities
- Strong operational and technical knowledge
- Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset
