About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our dedicated feature team in charge of shaping the new consultation experience powered by a medical assistant. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions that will enable us to create an AI medical assistant that will support the Healthcare Professionals in their day-to-day job.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of data scientists, software engineers, machine learning engineers, and healthcare professionals to develop and deploy AI models that will have a real impact on people's lives.
Your responsibilities will include creating, finding, or adapting model architecture, annotation, or validation strategies to improve our speech recognition, summarization, and medical data structuration engines. You'll also implement your ideas, test them, deploy your algorithms in production, and measure the uplift and continuously improve your approach.
About You
We're looking for a highly analytical and result-oriented individual with a strong background in data science and AI. You should have at least 3 years of experience in the domain or shorter but with significant contribution, such as papers or open-source projects. Proficiency in Deep Learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow is a must, as well as knowledge of the latest NLP architecture and methods.
It would be fantastic if you have already launched large-scale model training and have experience collaborating with end-users to refine your modeling approach.

The interview process will include an HR screen, an interview with two members of the Data Science team, a case study and case restitution, a final interview with the DS Director, and at least one reference check.
