The Enterprise Risk Manager – 2LoD Capital and Business Risk Management role is a critical position within the Enterprise Risk Management function. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the company's overall risk management and risk governance framework.
The incumbent will have a cross-functional view of the Group's risk profile and how the risks impact the internal capital trajectory. As a 2LoD specialist for Capital and Business risk, you will specialize on regulatory topics, solvency ratios, Basel environment, and be responsible for building a vision independent of that of the Finance Department on the Group's capital position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive critical reviews and challenges of ICAAP deliverables as a 2LoD opinion on the different components.
- Work on interactions between ICAAP/ILAAP and other strategic processes to encompass SREP requirements.
- Participate and develop the stress testing framework, ensuring the respect of Société Générale Group guidelines and consistency with ICAAP & ILAAP frameworks.
Requirements
- At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in topics related to risk and capital management in the financial services industry.
- Ability to drive in autonomy key deliverables and review of the calibration of the Risk Appetite indicators.
- Knowledge of the regulatory and risk environment in the financial sector or regulatory/supervisory guidelines.
