For a leading company in wireless communication, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Design Senior Team Lead to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a group of digital design engineers in developing cutting-edge wireless communication solutions.
The successful candidate will manage a team of 5-10 people and report to the Director of Wi-Fi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a digital design group in developing advanced Wi-Fi PHY and MAC solutions
- Collaborate with multiple teams, including algorithms, system, software, verification, and validation
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to the digital design team
- Develop and assimilate digital design and RTL simulation methodologies
The ideal candidate should have:
- Engineering degree in Computer Sciences
- 8 years of experience in Digital Design + 3 years in tech lead or managerial position
- In-depth knowledge of Verilog
- Technical lead and monitoring experience
- Ability to follow a design flow:
- RTL
- testbench
- code coverage
- synthesis
- formal verification
- gate level simulation
- Experience in Digital Design and RTL Simulation
- Team player with communication abilities
- Fluent in English
- The knowledge of French language could be a plus but it's not required
The following skills will be considered as a plus:
- Knowledge in Wi-Fi 802.11/ Bluetooth/ Cellular 3GPP / 802.15.4 standards
- Knowledge in modem development and Wireless communication systems
- Experience in SOC Architecture and FPGA implementation
