Are you a results-driven sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for building strong relationships and driving business growth? We're seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in France and lead our sales efforts in the region.

About the Role

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing all assigned accounts within your region to achieve set targets. You will work closely with our sales team, customers, and internal stakeholders to identify new sales opportunities, build strong relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop all assigned accounts within your region to achieve set targets
  • Field-based position with 60% of your time spent traveling and visiting customers (based in Greater Paris region)
  • Identify new sales opportunities to increase market share in an established market
  • Introduce the latest products and solutions
  • Devising and implementing account plans to accommodate strategic goals
  • Support indirect channels in the region where applicable
  • Deliver the required support & training to all accounts
  • Support and deliver training to Consultants and specifiers in region as required
  • Conduct regular market analysis to determine the customers' needs
  • Represent the company at trade shows, customer events, and association meetings as required
  • Collaborate across business areas to efficiently deliver solutions to meet customer needs
  • Maintain customer details, activities, and opportunities using the Salesforce CRM Tool
  • Analyze key account sales figures on a regular basis to understand buying patterns utilizing company available tools
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of specific market including HID and competitive products
  • Prepare and submit accurate forecasts on a regular basis using the tools provided
  • Create a Partner Community in order to maximize brand loyalty and revenue
What We're Looking For

  • Excellent planning, prioritizing, and organization skills with the ability to adhere to deadlines
  • Show good initiative and enthusiasm
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region – 60%
  • Work calmly under pressure
  • Native French, ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
