Our new permissionless protocol, Morpho Blue, has grown from 0 to $2 billion in just 6 months, solidifying itself as the new standard for DeFi lending.
We are seeking a skilled Social & Content Lead who is passionate about the crypto sphere and can craft compelling content that sparks engagement. The ideal candidate is someone who is constantly in sync with the latest trends and conversations in the blockchain space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social and content strategies for all Morpho channels and spokespeople.
- Craft clear and concise messages that resonate and amplify Morpho's narratives.
- Leverage emerging trends and events to create entertaining content.
- Collaborate with other teams to distribute updates or campaigns.
- Empower the Morpho community to create user-generated content.
- Lead rapid-response communications for crisis & issues management on social media.
- Use analytics, feedback, and insights to improve content strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years in community management or social media/content marketing.
- 1+ years in DeFi.
- Demonstrated passion for online narratives and trends.
- Constant presence and active participation in online and blockchain spaces.
- Proven track record of building and engaging with a substantial following.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with a talent for creating creative and engaging content.
- Direct and clear communication style.
- Humble attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
- Willingness to experiment and try new approaches.
- Strong social awareness and ability to gauge audience reactions and sentiments.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Deep understanding of crypto and blockchain culture.
- Fluent in English.
