Job Title: Database Management Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Database Management Specialist to join our team at Worldline. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a central prospect and customer database to enhance and digitalize entire lead management process within WL SMB/RB.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a database for lead management to optimize and digitalize lead management
- Ensure that all leads will be matched against existing customer data as well against the sales pipeline
- Score and enrich leads with external prospect information
- Support Marketing with intelligent data for Lead nurturing and trigger based campaigns
- Administer and adapt the database to the currently valid processes and framework conditions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT Economics or similar education
- Minimum 4 - 5 years of professional experience in the field of data driven sales / database management
- Strong knowledge of database management, sales & marketing process management, modelling and scoring of leads
- Experience in communication and presenting on a steering level
- Great affinity for emerging technologies, automatizations, AI and trends in the payment system markets
- Project and Process management skills
