Net Revenue Management Excellence Manager

Essity is seeking a seasoned Net Revenue Management Excellence Manager to join our European Commercial team. As a key member of our Commercial Excellence Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth and excellence in Net Revenue Management across EMEA.

About the Role

Reporting to the Net Revenue Management Lead for Consumer Goods EMEA, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including Commercial Excellence Team members, Regional Net Revenue Managers, Business Development Managers, external consultants, and Regional Customer Marketing Directors, to lead our NRM culture and capability journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Net Revenue Management strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Lead the development of content and training programs to enhance NRM capabilities
  • Manage relationships with external partners and consultants to support NRM excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Net Revenue Management (NRM), Commercial Strategy, or Market Strategy & Planning within FMCG/CPG or Management Consulting
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working in a matrix organization and achieving results in diverse and international teams
  • In-depth understanding of key NRM concepts, including Brand Portfolio Pricing, Price Pack Architecture (PPA), Mix Management, Promotion Strategy, and Trade Investment
