Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description

As a Senior Consultant with Board, you will work closely with our customers to architect complex planning solutions and other Business Intelligence (BI) and Corporate Performance Management (CPM) applications. Your expertise will guide customers from design to Go-Live, ensuring successful implementation of our BI and CPM solution.

  • Plan, coordinate, and engineer the implementation of our BI and CPM solution from requirements and design to mentoring and delivery for Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) applications
  • Involvement in the process, from gathering requirements, through the completion of implementation, according to the project's needs
  • Provide technical and functional guidance to project teams to ensure the successful implementation of retail solutions
  • Collaborate with our customers to understand their business needs and requirements, and design solutions that meet their needs
  • Manage customer relationships, build trust and credibility, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Acquire and maintain deep knowledge and skills of BOARD products and technologies
  • Stay current on emerging trends and technologies in BI/CPM and planning; and share that knowledge and insights with clients and colleagues
  • Be responsive to customer requirements and mitigate concerns
  • Acquire and maintain deep product knowledge and skills
  • Be an expert on FP&A processes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An educational background in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Economics, or any relevant field
  • Proven experience in Transformation Project Implementations preferably within the retail industry, Consumer Goods, or manufacturing
  • Experience with multi-dimensional systems (e.g., TM1, Anaplan, Tagetik, Oracle Essbase, Hyperion Planning, SAP BPC, etc.)
  • Experience with Cloud solutions
  • Familiarity with SQL and ODBC data source connections will be a plus
  • Able to work against very tight target dates in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, and attention to detail
  • Availability to travel, mainly domestically
  • PM certifications such as PRINCE2, PMI, PMP will be considered a plus
  • Fluency in French and English is required
