We are searching for a Reliability and Performance Engineer to ensure the optimal performance and safety of our equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deploy performance and maintenance plans to increase equipment availability, safety, and reliability.
- Work with product and process managers to implement a complete VQS on each equipment, including work instructions, product characteristics, autonomous and preventive maintenance.
- Support maintenance managers in keeping plant assets in optimum working condition through preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
- Train maintenance teams on the use of CMMS and develop technical training materials.
- Support the hiring of new technical professionals and development of a professional profile.
- Justify new investments and develop a roadmap for equipment update, refurbishment, and substitution.
- Promote improvements in equipment performance through Kaizen and collaboration with OPEX, product and process managers, and plant maintenance teams.
- Support the implementation of automation in production processes to optimize labor and seek new technologies.
- Implement 5's in technical areas and motivate maintenance teams through leadership training and coaching.
- Replicate lessons learned, standardize maintenance practices, and increase synergies across substrate facilities.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, MBA an advantage.
- 5+ years of experience with blowmoulding techniques.
- Experience in manufacturing maintenance departments.
- Ability to manage and influence others while collaborating remotely.
- Availability to travel across EMEA.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, eMaint an advantage.
- Written and spoken fluency in English required.
