About the Role

We are seeking a Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to lead and optimize the financial performance of Aqemia. In this key role, you will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, driving strategic insights and supporting decision-making across the company. You will work directly with Théa, our Head of Finance, who brings deep expertise in financial modeling and corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop financial projections to support strategic decision-making and deliver accurate performance indicators.
  • Monitor and identify operational costs for Aqemia's drug discovery programs to help us optimize our portfolio strategy.
  • Identify and analyze key business drivers and KPIs through competition monitoring to optimize company performance.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly reports to the leadership team.
  • Prepare external financial communication to investors and the Board.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and insights.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English.
  • Master's Degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Banking, Audit, or Transaction Services (5 years minimum).
  • Strong skills in accounting and finance, including solid financial modeling skills.
  • Business-oriented profile and attention to detail required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize data and complex information.
  • Highly organized, flexible, and easily adaptive to changing conditions.
