Wallbox is seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for implementing OEM contracts and launch plans in the territory to ensure excellent service. You will also be responsible for building relationships with OEM HQ, dealers, and installers, as well as adapting training and marketing materials to local needs.

The ideal candidate will have around 5 years of experience in a Key Account Management role, with experience in EV business and launch plans implementation. They will also have knowledge of specific EV market characteristics in the territory and be able to lead and/or motivate others around them.

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Implementing OEM contracts and launch plans in the territory
  • Building relationships with OEM HQ, dealers, and installers
  • Adapting training and marketing materials to local needs
  • Opening new business opportunities in OEM, Dealer Group, and local installers
  • Updating and analyzing KPI reports and proposing improvements
  • Providing product and service advice to existing customers
  • Handling expansions, issues, and updates in the customer project

The Key Account Manager will also be responsible for:

  • FOLLOWING UP ALL NEW LEADS ON A DAILY MANNER AND CREATING NEW LEADS WITHIN OWN SEGMENT AND SALES REGION VIA TELEPHONE CONTACT, AND EMAIL
  • SELLING WALLBOX SOLUTIONS FITTED TO THE POTENTIAL CUSTOMER NEEDS
  • QUALIFYING LEADS INTO NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOLLOWING DEFINED QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
  • CREATING QUOTES TO NEW OPPORTUNITIES OR HANDOVER AND SUPPORT INSTALLATION PARTNER IN CREATING QUOTES
  • CLOSING SALES OPPORTUNITIES AND QUOTES
  • BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMER CONTACTS
  • UPDATING THE SALES PROCESS IN SALESFORCE
  • KEEPING SALESFORCE UP-TO-DATE AND DOCUMENTING CUSTOMER SERVICE ACTIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS
