We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive our digital transformation efforts. This role requires managing complex projects, collaborating with stakeholders and the delivery team, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex projects from inception to delivery, working closely with stakeholders, customers, and the delivery team.
- Evaluate project progress, identify opportunities and risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
- Resolve escalations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in ongoing client meetings to ensure client satisfaction and expectations are met.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and develop contingency plans.
- Maintain the development team's awareness of project direction and changes.
- Manage the delivery team's activity, individual growth, and career development.
- Conduct periodic performance assessments and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Requirements:
- Relevant direct work experience in a Project Manager role, including process development and execution.
- Previous experience in a PM role with a focus on the telecommunication industry.
- Experience in managing software projects.
- Customer-facing skills and previous experience managing remote/distributed teams.
- Familiarity with web programming languages, technologies, and testing.
- Experience and knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud is mandatory.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
