  • Cefem Solar: Offers high-power photovoltaic solutions.

Your Role as a Business Development Specialist - Power Electronics

As part of our dynamic commercial team, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our POWER range, encompassing capacitors, transformers, and inductors for power electronic applications. Your target market will include industrial clients across various sectors such as aerospace, rail, manufacturing, and marine industries, both within France and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic sales action plans.
  • Expand our existing portfolio by identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
  • Explore emerging markets and assess their potential for growth.
  • Manage projects effectively, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Create, oversee, negotiate, and track commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate strong relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate in the development of marketing materials that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Represent Groupe CEFEM at industry events and trade shows both domestically and internationally.
  • Utilize CRM systems for reporting purposes and data analysis.
  • Contribute to pricing strategies and distribution channel optimization.

Your Profile:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in international industrial sales. Your ideal background includes:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business/management from an IAE, with a focus on international trade.
  • At least 3 years of experience in international industrial sales, preferably within the electrical engineering field.
  • A demonstrated history of success in achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Spanish or German would be a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. Familiarity with SAGE X3 ERP is beneficial.
