Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at CoStar Group in Paris, France. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients across various locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and assistance to clients on various systems applications, hardware, and software.
  • Participate in telephone support rotation and provide remote assistance to clients.
  • Document problems and solutions in the Service Desk ticketing system.
  • Inform management of potential problems and identify trends.
  • Create and maintain computer images.
  • Install hardware and peripheral components.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computer hardware and software.
  • Provide videoconference administration and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate IT or Service Desk.
  • Experience implementing TCP/IP at the workstation level.
  • Experience supporting Windows 11 workstations, Macs, Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and Windows File Permissions.
  • Ability to lift/move equipment up to 100 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • M365 Admin experience.
  • Experience supporting mobile devices such as iPads, iPhones, etc.
