Drive Operations Coordinator

As a key member of our Drive team at Intermarché, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our drive-through service. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and coordinate the preparation of customer orders, ensuring that every detail is attended to and that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the preparation of customer orders, ensuring that all necessary ingredients and supplies are available.
  • Prepare and package customer orders, ensuring that they are accurate and complete.
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of our drive-through area, ensuring that it is safe and welcoming for our customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our sales team and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and handling procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
