Head of Growth and Expansion

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Growth to join our team at Bene Bono. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our user base from 30K to 100K+ within 2 years.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to increase user acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Tech, Product, Data, and Marketing, to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
- Design and implement A/B testing and experimentation to drive innovation and optimize engagement.
- Gather and analyze customer insights and feedback to inform growth strategies.
- Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing.
- Proven experience in growth marketing and user acquisition.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and data analysis.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
