Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze regulatory developments to identify potential risks and opportunities for our business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective regulatory strategies and policies.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on regulatory matters to our business units and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations to stay informed about emerging trends and issues.
- Conduct impact assessments and implement changes to our business processes and policies as needed to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and ensure that our business units are aware of and comply with these changes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A law degree (at least Master's level) and relevant experience in regulatory affairs or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of banking, EU, and French (Dutch is an advantage) financial regulatory framework and vehicle management market.
