Sales Enablement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our team in France & Europe South. This role will play a critical part in driving revenue growth by equipping sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and knowledge to succeed.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales leadership, business development, and enablement in large technological organizations. They will be responsible for engaging with senior sales and business executives, developing training and enablement content, and presenting directly to the field.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement enablement programs to improve sales productivity and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key challenges and opportunities
- Create and deliver training content to meet the needs of the field
- Design and track metrics to measure enablement program impact and effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven ability to engage and trust with senior sales and business executives
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales data and metrics
- Experience in program management and cloud technology
A competitive salary of €80,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements and ongoing learning and development opportunities.
