Content Production Coordinator

The European Society of Cardiology (ESC) is seeking a highly skilled Content Production Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our communications department, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, production, and creation of content for dissemination across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement content strategies to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Plan, produce, and review content for online, offline, and digital communications projects, including creative and written content.
- Monitor content production process and report on the status of all communications projects to ensure quality, accuracy, and delivery.
- Coordinate the collection of visuals, text, videos, and translations, and integrate content into websites, ensuring style checking and editing is carried out by copywriters.
- Provide regular updates to the brand and channel team, and track project and content development goals.
- High degree or equivalent in Communications, digital content creation, media, or journalism.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in content specialist, design, communications coordinator role.
- Experience in the healthcare sector would be appreciated.
- Fluency in English and French, with excellent written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, CMS, SF Marketing Cloud, Trello, Microsoft Smartsheets, and webpage design optimisation.
- Executive status.
- "Forfait jour" (215 days/year).
- Fixed salary + 13th month and vacation bonus (1%).
