Unlock Your Potential as a Regional Revenue Manager

As a key member of our Revenue & Distribution department, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and profitability for our portfolio of hotels. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to maximize overall hotel revenue and ensure exceptional financial results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue and market share for your responsible locations through data analysis, forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Maximize profitability throughout your responsible locations by optimizing pricing, distribution channels, and communication with properties.
  • Produce comprehensive, accurate, and timely reporting to local leadership teams and the Head of Revenue Management.
  • Participate in forecasting, budgeting, and the development of annual plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with brand pricing, promotional, and digital initiatives, and provide recommendations to drive results.
  • Coordinate with hotel management teams to drive results through effective training and coaching.
  • Assist with the implementation of Revenue Management standards and work on projects to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of Revenue Management throughout all departments, working closely with the Head of Revenue Management.
  • Support the development and implementation of succession planning for the Revenue Management team.
Requirements:
  • At least 3+ years' experience in Revenue Management within a multi-property or cluster role.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in econometrics and/or hotel or tourism management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to communicate and interpret data.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills, with experience with Power BI and/or SQL an advantage.
  • Fluent in English, with Dutch an advantage.
  • Experience with property management systems and Revenue Management Systems mandatory, with MEWS and Flyer experience preferred.
  • International experience an advantage.
