Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Engineer to join our team. As an Operations Engineer, you will provide global and transversal support to our operating facilities, ensuring safe and continuous running of operations both onshore and offshore.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate efficiently between asset groups, offshore facilities, engineering support groups, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless operations.
  2. Provide technical expertise to solve complex issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
  3. Assume the position of emergency responder for major incidents and ensure timely response.
  4. Analyze technical and financial data to propose improvements and implement optimization initiatives.
  5. Develop and maintain procedures, processes, and standards to ensure continuous improvement and optimization of business tools.
  6. Report to management teams and implement company standards and MS verifications.
  7. Respond to client queries and propose optimizations and brownfield initiatives.
  8. Cover additional tasks that are not part of the base scope, including supporting activities such as Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE), contracts, procurement, logistics, finance, and Human Resources (HR).

Requirements

  1. Marine qualification (Master or Chief Engineer) or equivalent.
  2. Process, Technical, or Engineering qualification.
  3. Minimum 5 years of experience with an offshore contracting company or construction company or 2 years of offshore operational experience.
  4. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an Ops Engineer with experience in offshore/FPSO operations.
  5. Ability to travel internationally (onshore/offshore).
  6. Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  7. Must be autonomous with a good team spirit.
  8. Ability to manage several activities in parallel, combined with flexibility and strong organization.
