Site Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive site safety plans in accordance with ONE DEMATIC standards, ensuring a secure work environment for all personnel.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, providing timely updates to the project team to optimize installation performance.
- Direct and influence project schedules to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality installation results.
- Oversee on-site installation activities, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Generate accurate and timely reports using cloud-based site reporting tools, providing valuable insights for project stakeholders.
- Coordinate subcontractor activities, resolving conflicts and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and amend project installation schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Act as the final escalation point for subcontractors regarding safety and technical inquiries, providing expert guidance and support.
- Maintain a strong on-site presence, leading by example in safety and quality standards, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Recognized local H&S qualification and higher-level technical qualification in engineering or construction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with European Machinery Directive and relevant standards.
- Proven experience as a Principal Contractor or General Contractor in interfacing material handling solutions into larger projects.
- Qualified First Aider (desirable).
- Fluency in French and English.
