Job Title: CRM & Sales Force Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM & Sales Force Expert to join our team at Flexis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and sales processes to drive efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and increase sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • CRM Management:
    • Lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the CRM system.
    • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness within the CRM database.
    • Develop and implement CRM policies, procedures, and standards from the ground up.
    • Train and support sales and customer service teams on CRM usage and best practices.
  • Sales Process Optimization:
    • Analyze current sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
    • Design and implement streamlined sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and enforce sales process guidelines and workflows.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales processes and make adjustments as needed.
    • Communicate CRM and sales process updates, changes, and best practices to all relevant stakeholders.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales team.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and recommendations to the sales leadership team.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales initiatives.
    • Utilize CRM data to identify sales trends, customer behavior, and market opportunities.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Develop and implement strategies, in collaboration with the customer service team, to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
    • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Creative and customer-obsessed.
  • Proven track record in CRM management and sales operations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and with agility in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for building and improving processes.
  • Fluent English, other language as nice to have.
