Audit Team Leader

Automotive Cells Company - ACC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Internal Audit function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our internal control systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and implement robust Internal Control methods and tools
- Deploy financial controls across the company
- Identify deviations and monitor corrective action plans
- Structure and contribute to the definition of missing or inefficient procedures
- Plan financial, regulatory, and accounting policy compliance reviews/audits
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the control system in place
- Report on control deficiencies to management and make recommendations
- Challenge current processes and identify opportunities for refinement
- Recommend changes in policies and procedures
- Engage remediation of identified issues through follow-up
- Full professional accounting qualification (ICA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of IFRS and French GAAP in an international environment
- Considerable knowledge of accounting principles, practices, procedures, and generally accepted auditing standards
- Comprehensive knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements
- Experience in Big 5 Audit or Internal Audit function
- Master's degree in Finance
- Agility, responsiveness, ability to work in an international environment, and collectively with various parties
- Results-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
This position is to be filled at the Paris, Bruges, or Billy-Berclau sites.
