The Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative and Financial Operations Manager to oversee the accounting, financial, and administrative aspects of TANGRAM. Your main objective will be to ensure coordination between the TANGRAM team, headquarters, and external service providers.

Responsibilities
  • Financial management: develop, implement, and monitor financial processes and budgets, prepare and track financial projections, client billing, and reporting to the parent company.
  • Accounting: oversee general, client, and supplier accounting, ensure compliance with accounting standards, monthly and annual closures, and implement and monitor the process of recharging costs to the parent company.
  • Planning: support the Operations team in planning and coordinating events.
  • Personnel administration: collaborate with the parent company's HR for staff management, mobility, workforce tracking, ensure compliance with labor laws, time management, relations with social organizations, and prepare regulatory documents related to staff management.
  • Purchasing support: monitor purchases, participate in contract establishment and monitoring, ensure the terms of contracts are met, supplier relationship management, and measure business unit satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills, project management, problem-solving ability, with the capacity to handle multiple issues simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with agility, engaging with various internal and external stakeholders and driving projects forward.
  • Attention to detail, rigor, customer service orientation.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent command of English.
  • Sensitivity to the challenges of training and innovation.
