About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our dedicated application support team, focusing on the maintenance and evolution of the DCR (Duck Creek Reinsurance) platform used by one of our major clients in the reinsurance domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide user support (levels 1 and 2), managing requests, incidents, and minor corrections via the interface or scripting.
- Follow up on requests using the ticketing tool and transmit critical incidents to the level 3 support team.
- Write operational procedures and ensure new user training.
- Participate in production follow-up and maintain updated indicators.
Delivery Management
- Plan and coordinate application deliveries (corrective and evolutionary) with internal and external teams.
- Validate and deploy corrections in collaboration with Ops teams (on-premise and SaaS).
- Prepare delivery records and track correction progress with DCT tools.
Project Evolution
- Analyze user needs for mini-projects (interface evolution).
- Write functional and technical specifications.
Required Profile
- Degree in computer science or equivalent, with 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Rigor, curiosity, and ability to work autonomously and in a team.
- SQL and PL/SQL mastery (intermediate level).
- Ability to communicate in English and collaborate with various services.
- Good knowledge of reinsurance, experience in insurance is an asset.
- Customer service sense, adaptability, and priority management.
Other Requirements
- Type of contract: CDI, 40h/week.
- Travel: Required presence at the client's office 1/week in the La Défense quarter (92) and a mandatory day of presence at the office (Paris 8).
- Remote Work: 3 days/week.
- Work Authorization: You must be legally authorized to work in France to be considered for this position. The company does not offer sponsorship.
