Strategic Partner Growth Director

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth and expansion in our EMEA theater. As a Strategic Partner Growth Director, you will be responsible for defining the vision and strategy for our partner sales organization. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with key partners and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing a comprehensive partner sales strategy, cultivating executive relationships with strategic partners, identifying new opportunities, and leading the partner organization to achieve individual and team goals.
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in sales, channel alliances, and/or distribution relationship management. They must have a proven track record of success in managing large teams and driving revenue growth. A strong understanding of the EMEA market and the ability to communicate effectively with executives is also required.
