The Enterprise Risk Manager - Capital and Business Risk Expert will be responsible for leading and driving critical reviews and challenges of ICAAP deliverables as a 2LoD opinion on the different components. This includes governance, capital adequacy, capital planning, capital stress testing scenarios, and methodology.
The role will also involve working on interactions between ICAAP/ILAAP and other strategic processes to encompass SREP requirements. Additionally, the candidate will participate in the development of the stress testing framework, ensuring consistency with ICAAP & ILAAP frameworks.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5-8 years of relevant experience in topics related to risk and capital management in the financial services industry. They will also have knowledge of regulatory and risk environments in the financial sector or regulatory/supervisory guidelines.
The Enterprise Risk Manager - Capital and Business Risk Expert will be responsible for monitoring the impacts of main regulatory developments and participating in Group remediation projects on the subject. They will also be required to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive critical reviews and challenges of ICAAP deliverables as a 2LoD opinion on the different components.
- Work on interactions between ICAAP/ILAAP and other strategic processes to encompass SREP requirements.
- Participate in the development of the stress testing framework, ensuring consistency with ICAAP & ILAAP frameworks.
- Monitor the impacts of main regulatory developments and participate in Group remediation projects on the subject.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English.
