- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales performance, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales within the freight forwarding industry, with expertise in road, air, and ocean freight.
- Client Acquisition: Demonstrated success in hunting and acquiring new clients.
- Account Management: Proven ability to retain and grow client accounts.
- Network: Established portfolio of industry contacts is a strong advantage.
- Languages: Fluency in French and English is essential; additional languages are a bonus.
