Commercial Sales Manager

As a Commercial Sales Manager at Delta Assurances, you will play a key role in driving sales revenue by retaining existing clients and acquiring new customers. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing a sales action plan, detecting and analyzing client needs, and designing tailored solutions in collaboration with technical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales action plan to drive revenue growth and client retention.
- Analyze client needs and design tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with technical services to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Prospect new clients through various means, including social networks, phone calls, and personal networks.
- Manage a network of business introducers to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in commercial/insurance roles.
- Technical and legal knowledge in personal insurance, mastery of sales techniques, office and CRM tools.
- Empathetic, good listener, resilient, team player with negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Contract Type: Permanent
- Position: Manager
- Working Hours: 37h/week, one RTT day/month

Compensation Package:
- Salary Range: 50K to 65K€ annual (negotiable)
- Meal vouchers, annual bonus, performance-based variable bonus (up to 50k€), company car with fuel card.
