Unlock Your Potential as a Senior National Account Manager

Join Starther's Revenue team and take on the challenge of managing a portfolio of 60 to 80 customers as their primary point of contact. Your mission is to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and reduce churn.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transform Annual Recurring Revenue and Non Recurring Revenue leads into sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with HR & Media agencies to optimize sales strategies and close deals
  • Owning the sales opportunity life cycle: securing meetings, determining client needs, showcasing benefits, and guiding prospects through the purchasing process
  • Contributing to process improvements and method development within the Key Accounts team
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience in key account management and business development
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Result-oriented and data-driven approach
  • Comfort with outbound sales and a willingness to adapt to new challenges
