Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team in the North East territory. As a key member of our field team, you will work closely with heart centers, physicians, and hospital staff to provide clinical support for Edwards' TAVI procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical expertise and support to physicians and hospital staff during TAVI procedures
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including heart centers and physicians
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and data related to TAVI procedures
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and territory performance
  • Travel up to 80% to support clinical activities and customer engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, with training experience in a clinical or technical environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated excellence in meeting customer and patient expectations
  • Effectiveness in understanding complex medical cases and resolving difficult situations
  • Ability to solve problems and set priorities
  • Self-motivation and willingness to make a difference in patients' lives
  • Highly professional and ethical behavior, with a strong commitment to the company's success
  • Adaptable and self-aware, with the ability to adjust to fast-paced and high-stress environments
  • Confident use of modern communication tools, MS Office, and willingness to learn other software programs as needed
  • Strong aptitude for cardiac anatomy and physiology
  • Experience working in cardiac cath labs and/or operation rooms
