Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our customer service team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring we meet the needs and expectations of our users.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partner Management: Building strong relationships with our outsourcing partners and monitoring their team performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Building and managing a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensuring we have the right resources in place at the right time and monitoring the quality and performance of customer service operations.
  • Customer-Centric Culture: Championing a culture of customer satisfaction across the organization and ensuring all teams understand their role in enhancing the user experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience, including at least one in operations, preferably in customer service or managing outsourced teams.
  • Management: Successful experience as a manager and a passion for building teams.
  • Operation Mindset: A passion for operational excellence and a willingness to get involved in details.
  • Empathy: A deep care for our users and the ability to create efficient processes.
  • Structured: A structured approach and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).
