- Develop and execute global sales strategies to achieve company objectives">
- Lead a team of 100+ professionals in sales, customer acquisition, market competitiveness, pricing, compensation, and channel strategies">
- Oversee integration and optimization of sales operations for acquired companies">
- Establish sales metrics and KPIs, and implement enhanced sales processes">
- Evaluate sales organization, reassign resources, and hire new personnel as needed">
- Develop pricing policies, including volume discounts and terms">
- Act as spokesperson for the company with press, analysts, and industry events">
- Evaluate and improve strategic alliance agreements">
Requirements
">15+ years progressive sales leadership experience with at least 5 years in a senior executive management position with a telecom or enterprise software solutions vendor
">Experience with change management, amalgamation, and integration of teams into a single entity
">Sophisticated understanding of sales processes and metrics
">A highly competitive compensation package is offered, estimated at $250,000 - $350,000 per year based on location and experience
