Lift Maintenance and Commissioning
As an Elevator Technician at SFA Societe Francaise des Asc, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our elevators. Your key tasks will include:
- Liaising with site personnel to assess the state of the lift and posting notices as necessary
- Ensuring the lift is electrically safe and commissioning it in accordance with agreed specifications
- Testing the lift in accordance with relevant test documents and KONE standards
- Taking measurements and completing necessary documentation
- Recording any abnormalities for corrective action or inclusion in H&RA
- Carrying out final inspections and signing off on documentation
- Reporting to the Installation Supervisor and providing snagging items lists to the Fitter
- Participating in quality and technical meetings
- Ensuring lift well security and safety during commissioning and testing
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of lift maintenance and commissioning procedures, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
