Commercial Development Role at Clearwater Analytics

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Development Representative to join our team in a commercial development role. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying company targets and decision makers in targeted markets in Europe, generating business opportunities, and managing these opportunities to close.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and develop strategies to approach them.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align on sales strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in the entire commercial process, from opportunity detection to closing.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a commercial development role, preferably in the B2B software space.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent French and English language skills, with additional European languages a plus.
