Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contract Manager to join our Data Center Services division. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating and agreeing contracts with clients, ensuring timely and mutually beneficial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate and agree contracts on a timely basis, ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance with CBRE contracting standards and policies.
- Involved in the sales, tender, or re-tender process, achieving signed contract documents and promoting best practice.
- Provide commercial and contractual guidance at tender stage and through the contract life cycle, presenting at company, divisional, and business unit management meetings.
- Develop and deliver commercial training courses, ensuring effective contract management and negotiation skills.
- Protect and promote CBRE's services, meeting contract requirements and mitigating business risk.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business impact and risk mitigation in relation to contract drafting and operations.
- Experience with industry-standard forms of contract, such as FIDIC, JCT, NEC, etc.
- Desirable: experience in the Data Centre sector and qualification/training in contract law.
