Strategic Account Manager

ROLE SUMMARY
As a Strategic Account Manager at SC Johnson, you will be responsible for negotiating annual agreements with customers, ensuring the listing of new products, and implementing promo plans aligned with internal guidelines and budget. Your goal is to deepen organizational knowledge and build a win-win partnership with customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Negotiate annual agreements with customers to meet business objectives.
- Build and implement annual business plans that align with company strategy and category priorities.
- Ensure the listing of new products and build a strong relationship with customers.
- Develop and implement promo plans that meet customer briefs and internal guidelines.
- Mobilize the field team to achieve sales targets.
MANAGEMENT:
- Coordinate team activities to implement annual agreements effectively.
- Provide clear promotional and assortment guidelines to the team.
- Be the point of contact for the team in charge of regional negotiation.
- Secure regional investment and drive team performance.
- Ensure the flowless execution of all agreed plans.
- Drive Net price improvement and P&L growth.
COMMERCIAL POLICY:
- Recommend negotiation strategy, resource requirements, and action plans.
- Participate in cross-functional working groups to drive commercial growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 5/7 years of experience in commercial functions, preferably in an FMCG environment.
- Proven track record of managing major national accounts.
- Strong entrepreneurship mindset, autonomy, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
