Axes Group is at the forefront of innovation, leveraging technology to redefine the insurance industry. As a Chief Security Assurance Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our security strategy, ensuring the highest standards of protection for our customers and operations.

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual with a strong background in security testing and assurance. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee security testing activities, including the development and maintenance of a comprehensive security testing framework that aligns with our group's overall security strategy.

As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Red Team Executive Manager and be accountable for:

  • Maintaining the AXA Group 'security testing framework' to constantly align it with AXA Group Security Strategy
  • Ensuring that security testing performed by all AXA's entities comply with the security testing framework in terms of scope, testing frequency, remediation of identified vulnerabilities in a timely manner
  • Challenging the accuracy of the reporting and the quality of the security testing activities performed by the entities
  • Leading a team of Security testing technical assurance officers, based in India, which review penetration testing reports (by sampling) into detail, and organize some retests when necessary

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • University graduate with a degree in Business, IT, or a related subject
  • Post-graduate degree in Security is preferred
  • Security testing certification (SANS GIAC GPEN, TIGER, EC-Council CEH/LPT, OSCP, CREST CCT)
  • Experience in applying methodologies and principles for all levels of Security > 3 years
  • Experience with technologies, tools, and process controls to minimize risk and data exposure > 5 years
  • Information Security Assurance Methodologies
  • Information Security Management
