Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Ecosystem Strategist to lead our Channels & Alliances Team in the SEMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and activating a strategic partner ecosystem to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Partner Sales and Cloud Alliance Managers to recruit, develop, and activate reseller, MSP, SI, and Cloud provider partners.
  • Enable and activate existing partners through training, planning, and joint selling activities.
  • Coordinate the technical and marketing aspects of integrated partnership launches.
  • Host regular business reviews with partners to drive accountability and report on success metrics.
  • Manage team members in France and elsewhere in the SEMEA region.
  • Work closely with Datadog's regional enterprise and commercial sales organizations.
  • Generate partner-sourced net-new sales pipeline and revenue.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in partner-facing, quota-carrying roles in business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales at a cloud services or software as a service organization.
  • 3+ years of experience managing multi-regional sales teams across the SEMEA region.
  • Proven experience driving sales opportunities from lead generation to closure, effectively negotiating agreements, and building long-lasting partnerships.
  • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them verbally and in writing.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Experience working with AWS or Microsoft Azure as an alliance partner.
  • Technical background/education.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for taking initiatives from ideation to impact.
  • Passion for fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable growth culture and environment.
  • Experience identifying market opportunities with a track record of initiating go-to-market plans and sales follow-through.

About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Paris, France, with frequent travel (25-50% of the time) to support partner engagement and sales efforts.

Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
