Product Definition Analyst in Hospitality

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Product Definition Analyst to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. As a Product Definition Analyst, you will play a crucial role in defining product design, translating customer requirements into architectural choices, and managing projects and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements from Product Management and collaborate with various business units across multiple locations
- Participate/Drive Scrum ceremonies (Plannings, Refinements, Demos, Retrospectives)
- Develop and document functional knowledge of internal products and processes
- Provide solutions and drive towards common goals, including sizing specification and validation work
- Write solution overviews, product specifications, and user guides
- Ensure functional compatibility by interfacing with relevant departments
- Present new features to key stakeholders and senior management
- Interface with Product Management, Project Management, Development teams
About the Ideal Candidate:
- Has deep understanding of software development
- Experienced in diagrams creation
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Has collaborative and consultative approach, with a bias for action and willingness to learn
- Has good knowledge of SCRUM/Agile methodology and good troubleshooting skills
- Has ability to explain requirements in detail, exhibit curiosity, and grasp complex concepts quickly
- Has experience in negotiating priorities and working with demanding stakeholders
