Missions

Dans le cadre de notre développement au sein de notre réseau Retail, nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) store manager sur une de nos boutiques (Printemps) en CDI.

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes:

Epauler le store manager:

  • Coacher l'équipe sur le terrain et échanger les bonnes pratiques
  • Participer activement à l'animation de l'équipe
  • Gérer l'activité de la boutique : gestion administrative, planning...
  • Participer à la gestion des stock et à l'application des procédures

Garantir l'expérience DEVIALET en boutique:

  • Accueillir les clients et leur offrir une expérience ultime et sur mesure, en alliant storytelling de la marque, expertise produit et culture musicale.
  • S'assurer de la bonne tenue de la boutique (maintenance, merchandising, entretien...)
  • Gérer l'encaissement client

Contribuer à la performance DEVIALET:

  • Développer l'activité en atteignant les objectifs de vente grâce à l'ensemble des leviers disponibles (produits, services, expérience d'écoute, parcours client, embasement...)
  • Développer une base client et assurer un suivi après le passage en boutique
  • Gérer efficacement le reporting des KPI et données chiffrées

Profil

Dynamique, nourri(e) par l'envie de transmettre et passionné(e) par l'environnement commercial, vous êtes en recherche d'un nouveau challenge. Curieux(se) et avenant(e), vous êtes orienté(e) résultats, vous avez le sens de l'initiative et le goût du travail en équipe. Vous justifiez d'une première expérience en Retail et idéalement d'une expérience en Retail Luxe. Maîtrise de l'anglais fortement appréciée.
